Hi! My name is Mikaela, and my dad's name is Jeff. We are a father/daughter team that hand pours our soy wax candles proudly in Nova Scotia.
I have always had an entrepreneurial mind, and wanted to create my own business. I have always loved burning candles, and thought it would be a great business to pursue! I knew that I wanted to make a product that was more natural/healthier. I loved the idea of knowing exactly what was going into the product. I mentioned my idea to my dad, and he was so excited! We did a lot of research and testing, and Coastal Cove Candle Co. was born.
I also love that this is something that my dad and I can do together. We make a pretty good team!
