Candle Workshop Terms
Ticket Purchase
All workshop tickets are final sale. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Tickets are transferable but non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest.
Age Requirements
• This workshop is recommended for ages 16+
• Participants under 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult
• Each participant must have their own ticket
Refunds & Cancellations
Due to limited seating and advance preparation, refunds are not available for cancellations or no-shows.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please notify us in advance with the updated guest name.
Late Arrival Policy
Workshops begin promptly at the scheduled start time.
• Late arrivals are welcome to join at any point during the workshop
• We are unable to extend the workshop beyond the scheduled end time
• Late arrival may result in a shortened experience or incomplete candle
No refunds or credits are provided for late arrivals.
Candle Making Expectations
Candle making is a hands-on process. While we guide every step, slight variations in appearance (such as small surface imperfections) are normal and part of the handmade nature of candles.
Each candle will be heat-finished during the workshop to ensure a smooth, professional appearance before take-home.
Health & Safety
Participants will be working with hot wax and heat tools under supervision.
• Please follow all safety instructions provided by the host
• Closed-toe shoes are recommended
• Long hair should be tied back
• Basic first aid is available on-site
Participation is at your own risk.
Food & Drink
Brookie Jar treats and non-alcoholic mocktails are provided.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions upon arrival. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Photography & Media Consent
By attending this workshop, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use on social media, our website, and marketing materials.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify the host upon arrival.
Event Changes
Coastal Cove Candle Co. reserves the right to make minor adjustments to workshop timing, materials, or activities if necessary, without significantly impacting the overall experience.
